Meet your new best friend. Ella is super sweet, soft and cuddly. Made of super soft 100% organic cotton jersey knit and filled with hypo-allergenic corn fibre. This doll’s lifelike details promote creativity, imagination and versatile playtime.
Easy for little ones to hold and carry, Best Friends Ella features a light skin tone, tactile knit jersey pigtails, embroidered eyes, nose and mouth, delicately blushed cheeks, a removable dress and nappy (diaper) (each secured with soft baby velcro), and attached Mary Jane shoes. Ella is also easy to pose in a sitting position.
Dressed in a pink ditsy floral printed dress, Ella’s outer covering is made of soft, organic cotton knit jersey and she’s filled with sustainable cotton fibre. Certified safe for infants and toddlers, and even pre-schoolers up to children aged 5 will love exploring their world with Ella.
Every doll is made with all-natural materials including 100% organic cotton and a filling blended with organic cotton and hypo-allergenic corn fibre. These dolls are truly beautiful inside and out. Made with OEKO-TEX 100 eco-friendly fabric dyes.

Why Buy Organic?
Choosing organic products helps keep chemicals out of the environment. Most importantly, it keeps them away from kids. Polyester emits chemicals. Because of this allergies, chemical sensitivities and serious health problems abound. Natural fabrics include cotton, linen, wool, cashmere and silk. The best fabric for children is 100% cotton.
Children are especially vulnerable to chemicals because they have immature immune and liver detoxification systems. Therefore this causes them much more sensitivity than adults to such things as bleach, dyes, and toxic compounds.
Harmful Synthetics
Avoid Synthetic fibres for children. They are generally made of the primary sources of petroleum and cellulose (cotton liners and wood pulp). They are not breathable nor absorbable. Consequently this makes them hot in summer and cold in winter. Frequently, they hold an electric charge. This produces static cling and requires chemical sprays.

Our founder, Angie Ting, set out to create a collection of eco-friendly products for her two young children. Angie’s vision was bold. She is motivated by concern for infant health, the environment and the ecological impact of conventional farming. In 2009 she formed a partnership with Pate International. This is a highly respected San Francisco design firm with a rich heritage of environmentally conscious projects. Susan Pate, along with her daughter Chloe Pate, helped her realise her dream. Together they created Apple Park…and the rest…is history.
